Interdisciplinary consultations and lectures
I consult in the following fields:
- energy developments and technical advances (including energy transitions, renewable energies, prime movers, energy and the quality of life)
- global environmental change (including primary productivity, biomass harvesting and its impacts, and biogeochemical cycles of nitrogen and phosphorus)
- population and food (including dietary transitions, production and consumption trends, and energy cost of crops and animals)
- risk assessments (especially those associated with energy advances and environmental and population changes)
I lecture on all of these, as well as on other current and historical, topics.
